We take care of every scary detail while you enjoy every moment of your engagement. You are our #1 source of inspiration as we craft a wedding that is wildly, wonderfully you.
Here's the scoop:
At contract, we brainstorm the look, feel, and direction of your wedding day and discuss any non-negotiables or special requests. Your wish is our command.
Your customized planning portal fosters collaboration and communication throughout the planning process.
Monthly planning sessions help us narrow down our to-do list and track progress.
We work to determine (and stick to!) your wedding budget, tracking payments as we go.
Our team creates your all-inclusive, incredibly detailed design plan (to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, custom floor plans… the whole shebang.)
We manage, facilitate, vet, and approve all vendors for seamless coordination. Contracts, meetings, emails, conflicts… all handled.
We execute the design plans we made in the beginning - both for ceremony and reception. We provide important reminders as needed to make sure all deadlines are met.
We source and select odds and ends, too - stationery, signage, rentals, and the like.
Plans are made to account for every detail: vendor layouts, day-of timelines, and any plan Bs we might need are taken care of from the very start.
We create and distribute wedding day documents to all involved parties.
One planner and two assistants take the reins on wedding day, handling vendor setup, vendor gratuities, rental, stationery, and favor placement… the list goes on.
Your wedding day show flow is planned out and handled. From ceremony to exit, we coordinate with vendors and VIPs to make sure everything flows smoothly.

Our partial planning package gives independent, resourceful couples (like you!) the freedom you need to call the shots while still offering that extra hand of support and professional guidance as you plan. From regular planning meetings to booking a vendor or two, we’re here to work our magic where we’re needed.

Similar to our event management service, we’ll grant you access to our customized planning portal that includes a checklist, tools, and templates that will help you bring your event to life.. (For our clients, it’s been a planning lifesaver.)
We set a time to talk about everything - your ideal day-of timeline and layout, weird requests, special exceptions, design dreams, budget concerns… you get the idea. We help you establish a clear planning and design direction and provide customized vendor recommendations to help you make your vision a reality.
Together, we create a wedding design mood board complete with color schemes, florals, typography, and other details that perfectly catch your vibe.
While you book your team of wedding vendors, we’re available at any time for recs, tips, and tricks via email or phone call. When snags come up, we’ll help you smooth out the details you need and book the vendors you want.
We set aside a 1-hour block each month to plan together over a video call, discussing any additional questions or concerns you may have.
If you like, we can do a few of these planning sessions in person.
We meet together to walk through the venue and final timeline, finalizing layout, showflow, and contingency plans for any “what ifs” that may arise.
We take over any vendor communication, coordinating final details and showflow with venue and vendor staff.
We make sure all your people - you, your wedding party members, family VIPs, vendors, and venue staff - know what’s happening, when. We answer any important questions and every last-minute hiccup.

You book the vendors and sign the contracts, but we’re here to give you the tools and structure you need to make your process smooth sailing. We swoop in near the end, tying together every dreamy detail like a bow on a Christmas gift.

Before planning begins, we set a time to meet and establish the “what” and “when” of your wedding: your ideal budget, timeline, layout, and design vision. We’ll narrow down your planning goals and provide a few vendor recommendations to help get you there.
While you’re busy booking your dream team of wedding vendors, we’re available via email for additional recommendations.
