Especially for our smaller packages that we are not as hands on for, communication with wedding planners is so crucial.
When you purchase our services, the planning tools are really endless. Our "vendor communication" tools give everything you need to effectively communicate with all your vendors. Making sure they all have the same timeline and set up information can really make or break the flow of the wedding. Also making sure you copy your coordinator on all emails makes sure they have all the information they need to create the timeline.
Many times we'll get brides who say things like "I didn't want to bother you with the small details" or "I only have a day of package so I didn't want to start sending stuff months in advance." This actually breaks our hearts because we adore hearing from our brides. It also helps us enormously to be involved because it means we can oversee ALL the details from months out and ask about any potential issues we see with contracts or planning.
